**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Product Manager for Investment Bank Markets Regulation Stream, to:
- own the overall quality of the Stream’s products focused on transaction reporting capability including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes
- help formulate transaction reporting long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and OKRs
- partner closely with the Crew Product and Technical Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions
- ensure consistency, high quality and a focus on efficiencies in our Business deliverables within the Stream and to our end users

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Markets Regulation Technology Stream, part of a boarder Global team within the Group Operations Technology and the Investment Bank. The team has the overall ownership of the Global regulatory transaction reporting product and priorities focusing on automated, complete, accurate and timely reporting for UBS and its clients.

**Your expertise**
- strong product leadership skills in financial markets regulations (ASIC, MAS, HKMA, Dodd Frank, ESMA, SFTR, FINMA, etc) and/or capital markets platform development
- highly experienced (at least 15 years) in transaction reporting operations management and controls framework
- data-driven and analytical mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
- focus on client centricity and commercial success ensuring a risk defensive posture for the Stream
- ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
- significant platform and F2B process design expertise with ability to adopt complex requirements across functions (trading, middle office, operations, data, etc.)
