**Your role**
- Are you interested in shaping the future of financial services through innovation and venture activities? Do you have a strategic mindset? Do you know how a bank works and Would you like to be part of envisioning the future of financial services?
- We are looking for someone who can work with the UBS Next team and innovation stakeholders across UBS Group to:
- drive client research and product idea development for incubation and venture projects
- explore internally developed solutions as well as external partnerships to seize new opportunities
- support the development of an innovation strategy and roadmap of actionable opportunities to be addressed through UBS Next innovation and venture activities
- build thought leadership and write exploration papers on the future of finance
- prepare updates on innovation to the Group Executive Board (GEB) as well as other senior management stakeholders and support ad-hoc requests

**Your team**
- UBS Next is the venture and innovation unit of UBS group. We play an active role in securing the future of UBS and our clients.
- We conduct applied research and exploration in the latest business models & emerging technology shaping the future of finance. UBS Next continuously connects with the wider ecosystem of game-changers in this space. We make strategic investments in fintech and tech companies through our VC investment arm and execute innovation projects in our incubator. We aim to move at startup-speed within a regulated bank.
- You will be part of an enthusiastic, agile and global team that is committed to fostering and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in order to strengthen our firm and bring value to our clients.

**Your expertise**
- 3+ years of experience in client research, product management or strategy / business development focused on financial services, venture experience a plus
- a strong interest in trends research and the future of financial services
- a structured approach to problem solving which combines the curiosity to form in-depth opinions with the pragmatism to drive tangible outcomes and opportunities
- a team player competent at communicating with across business and technology teams as well as with clients
- fluent in English, other languages a plus
