**Core Responsibilities**- Drive commercial growth and user acquisition in APAC via paid levers with a primary focus on Amazon search and display-
- Build and own implementation of an overall APAC platform marketing strategy with support from local and regional performance marketing colleagues - particular focus on display-
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure campaigns align with brand calendars and contribute to commercial goals.-
- Maintain regional Joint Business Plan and lead tentpole campaign development with regional retail media partners-
- Define and drive adoption of regional ad tech roadmap, lead relations (JBPs) with tech partners, and harmonize with other marketing domains-
- Fronting industry trends as they relate to performance marketing and retail media-
- Stay at the forefront and educate internal collaborators on the value of retail media to raise general knowledge and get the teams excited about the opportunities**Play your part in our team succeeding**
The APAC Regional Marketing and E-commerce team is dedicated to leading our brand, marketing, and e-commerce growth and innovation across the region.
As a member of the performance marketing team, you directly contribute to developing and performing growth strategies pivotal to our commercial delivery in partner eCommerce. Our future growth plans are highly related to our ability to elevate our ecommerce capabilities and execution with the largest market place platforms in the region. You’ll join a dynamic team, eager to learn, grow and build strong relations with our markets.
**Do you have what it takes**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)-
- 8-10 years of experience in digital commerce - Display, Search, and/or other marketing fields ideally from a premium consumer brand or digital agency-
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of practical e-Commerce programs and digital campaigns-
- Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications-
- Proficient in using website performance suites and data platforms / clean rooms, such as AMC-
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a diverse, multicultural environment-
- Ability and desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels - willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and drive execution#LI-FH1
