We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to propose innovative marketing ideas and organize impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and exploring new marketing channels and partnership opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose marketing ideas, plans, and organise marketing campaigns / brand building with Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create store traffic and sales opportunities.
- Manage marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Develop and create visual asset designs, videos, and images for website and social media contents.
- Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
- New digital / social channel planning and explore partnership opportunities.
- Ensure that all marketing communications and collaterals are up to date.
- Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Research, identify and evaluate relevant government tenders / procurement aligned with the company’s capabilities and objectives.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Planning and organising promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products or service to target audiences.
- Preparation of monthly marketing sales report to management to provide an overview of sales performance in both retail and dealership segments.
- Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned as Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to think out of the box, enjoy coming up with creative ideas and solutions.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Positive working attitude and strong communication skills.
- Having good knowledge / strong passion in motorcycles will be a plus point.

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- adobe: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
