**Engineer, Manufacturing Systems & Automation**

Provide strong control engineering expertise to lead and drive DSMFlex expansion project qualification. Execute FAT, SAT, qualification activities for manufacturing system to ensure the efficiency of manufacturing processes and achieving the right quality and quantity of products within corporate and regulatory requirements standards.

Key Accountabilities:

- Implement, maintain, support and administrate the system. Perform system change and related enhancements / bug fixes.
- Implement, maintain and perform routine system / server health check and backup/restore for Industrial PCs/PLCs.
- Lead and support automation/system related projects. Develop/review project documentations and related SOPs. Perform system/software validation.
- Ensure all systems and processes are in compliance to site quality and HSE requirement by performing routine review and upgrading SOP.
- Conduct investigation for Non-conformance (NCR), Field Action Assessment
- To liaise with vendors and internal functions with technical improvement and discussion.
- Provide urgent support during major Operational downtime
- To ensure compliance of SOPs.
- To provide technical coaching for peers

Education:
Diploma and above in Electrical and Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

- 2 to 3 years working experience in design, modification and trouble-shooting of PLC or SCADA based control systems.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- PLC programming with Beckhoff TwinCAT and/ or Siemens PLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
- Team oriented with a strong focus on effective team dynamics.
- Involved GMP qualification process.
