Main Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and controls production activities, including production improvements, inventory control, production scheduling, staffing, employee relations, safety, costs, quality control and validation.
- Maintains high product quality to ensure zero product recall.
- Ensures that Bactec procedures are followed properly and documented and comply with QSR/GMP and ISO regulations through training and audit procedures.
- Tracks and controls the assigned budget to ensure that controllable expenses are maintained within budgeted limits.
- Provides for and reviews reports pertaining to production, inventories, scheduling, variances, costs, efficiencies, safety, plant security and personnel.
- Provides adequate control over manpower planning and development to meet management’s requirements for the attainment of plant goals.
- Reviews SAP orders as to assure GR and confirmations are completed on a timely manner. Performs TECO’s on a timely basis.
- Reviews SAP reports such as: negative stocks, orders for TECO, past due orders.
- Reviews Batch Records and other documentation. May provide support to other Clean Room operations when required.
- Schedules or conducts and documents Procedures, QSR/GMP, ISO and Safety trainings for personnel.
- Generates supplies requisitions.
- Gives support to the company payroll system for Bactec personnel.
- Responsible for protection and maintenance of equipment and facilities under his control in accordance with company standards; ensures proper employee training and equipment usage.
- Contributes to the superior quality of the company and its product through participation and cooperation with quality related projects and programs. Brings to the attention of management areas within Bactec Operation needing quality improvement and works toward the goal of resolving any quality problem issue.
- Provide inputs on performance evaluation for assigned work group.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any Engineering field
- At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience working in Medical Device, Food, Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industries.
- Experience in process, equipment enhancement, plan and implement activities
- Supervisory or leadership experience to lead a team consist of Technical Specialist & Production Technician
