Element has an opportunity for a **Certification Administrator**to join our growing team. The incumbent will provide administration support to the certification team.
This role will be based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
**Job Duties**:
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as external auditors and customers
- Track and monitor audit test schedule and ensure compliance
- Responsible for invoicing
- Prepare relevant information for tender submission or sales team for quotation
- Issue label and/or certification to customers
- Maintain and update record to certificate database
- Upload relevant information to required customer’s website or portal
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline or equivalent.
- Excellent administrative, data entry and communication skills
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-starter with good organisation skills
