Reporting to the Director, Applied Research Office, the Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the Division's efforts in grants management and SIT’s applied research efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate proper project kick-off with checks on internal requirements (e.g. funding form, risk assessment and others) prior to project implementation.
- Facilitate project claims / audits in a timely manner by working with stakeholders such as PIs, HR and FIN on supporting documents and assist with auditor’s comments / queries.
- Perform procurement checks on fundability (i.e. according to grantors’ guidelines) of items above $2,000.
- Trigger project reporting for progress / final reports and payments by industry collaborators.
- General administrative tasks such as proper and regular filing of documents and others.

**Job Requirements**
- A good diploma qualification with relevant experience in business, science or engineering from a recognized Polytechnic
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in administrative or grants management.
- Meticulous in details and documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of general administrative practices and grant processes.
- A committed believer in continuous learning and self-improvement, with a strong sense of confidence in managing his/her own learning process.
- Hands-on and self-motivated team player.
- A high energy goal-getter that works well with colleagues.
- Client facing experience, articulate with good administrative and interpersonal skills.
