**The Company:
Aramco Trading was established as Saudi Aramco’s trading arm in 2011 under the approval of Saudi Aramco’s Board of Directors. It established its headquarters in Al-Midra Tower in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and have 3 other global offices in London, Singapore and Fujairah. With four offices currently operating worldwide, Aramco Trading has broader access to markets, a wider client base, a more talented and diversified workforce, and a more sophisticated and integrated global business model.

Today, the company is recognized globally as a critical trading partner for refiners, shipping companies, financial institutions, end-users, and other product-trading companies. The company trades across the barrel including Crude, Middle distillates, Light distillates, bulk petrochemicals, and polyolefin.

Supporting market growth and the integration of downstream assets, Aramco Trading Singapore (ATS), commenced its trading activities in July 2018. ATS’ focus is on integrating Saudi Aramco’s downstream assets in Asia and expanding third-party trading by focusing on naphtha and, more recently, LNG.

**The Function**:
Responsible to track and provide shipping and marketing intelligence to Global Shipping department as well as look after the shipping Pnl reporting tools and system.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Be the focal point of Shipping PNL
- Be responsible for providing Shipping reports and allocation of cost
- Ensure desk exposure is monitor and updated on a timely basis
- Ensure shipping team is aware of all market data and shipping intelligent such as position listing, reporting, etc.
- Work closely with innovation and IT team to insure systems are functional such as: Signal, Imos, Recap manager etc.
- Weekly Market presentation on freight market and forward view
- Be responsible for presenting data and reports to senior stakeholders

Supporting mainly the Singapore office (70%), the analyst will also help to support global offices (30%) where necessary

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of direct relevant experience in Shipping market and marine analyst.
- Good understanding of the shipping market and resourceful in obtaining information
- Strong organizational skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong proficiency in excel, word and presentation tools
- Excellent team player who can also work independently
- Having strong IT/programming skill will be a bonus

Education
- Degree/diploma in Maritime studies/statistic/business
