**The Job**
As Sales Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business in Europe.
You will support the Retail Sales Manager in managing day-to-day operations and be
confident enough to manage your own accounts. You should thrive in a start-up
environment and work well with cross-functional teams to build and roll out products
that deliver our vision and product strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all sales management from listings to sales orders and invoicing and
liaise with the Supply Chain Manager for timely fulfilment
- Perform accounts mapping within Europe (including the UK) to identify new
partner opportunities
Mailchimp or equivalent
- Actively engage key accounts in joint creative content creation for campaigns
and promotional activities
- Monitor optimal selling prices for new release products by building a
comprehensive pricing model through close monitoring of costs, competition,
market trends, as well as the interplay of supply and demand
- Actively gather new leads and source new accounts to bring in new sources of
revenue to the company
- Build strong rapport and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding
customers’ needs and having a “yes” approach to customer service
- Research and identify emerging industry trends, market shifts, new product
innovations and competition activities to provide timely feedback to the
company for a counteractive response
** Requirements**
- Prior experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably for a
consumer products company selling directly to large national retailers or
distributors
- Knowledge of collectibles/toy industry is an advantage
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
- Understanding CRM software (such as Mailchimp) is a plus
- An accounting background or head for numbers is advantageous
- Knowledge of, and interest in pop culture is preferred
- Highly ambitious and results-oriented
- Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
