**Sales Manager (Indian Market)
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for whole sales business operations, managing local Sales, Export Sales, Product management, Field Service, Demand planning.
- Lead distributors and new market for various Business units in different APAC countries. Responsible for developing new market within Asia Pacific Market;
- Review current distributor’s performance and give product and technical training and support regularly; propose improvement in the distribution network. Establish and drive process for Distributor Agreements negotiation & administration.
- Manage Sales Representatives, including managing forecast, sales pipeline, setting-up of business plan, profitability levels and pursuing business leads.
- Liaise with key accounts to establish business contacts in promoting KALE FAN business in the respective countries.
- Conduct intensively market visits to identify new business opportunities and increase sales volumes and revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors and report.
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules.
- Analysis of market data and distributor’s sell through to study trend and to set growth target for the distribution in each region to increase the market share.
- Analysis of the opportunities of the Market.
**Requirement**:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent.
- Good leadership qualities to motivate team.
- At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Channel/Distributor development, management and regional direct selling in different industries (Such as: Manufacturing, Automation, Heavy machinery, Construction and Industrial Equipment).
- Excellent track record of sales and securing high-value client account.
- Articulate and strong interpersonal skills to interface with various parties and in a matrix organization.
- Strong ability in re-structuring Channel/Distributor Network and rapport building.
- An independent team player with quick learning ability.
