Singapore PUMPS SERVICE CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving & Logistics**:

- **Vehicle Operation & Safety**:

- Comply with all Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) vehicle regulatory requirements, traffic rules, and regulations at all times.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip checks on vehicle controls, devices, and equipment to ensure service readiness, including fuel levels, tire pressure, lights, brakes, and safety equipment.
- Perform post-trip checks on vehicle interiors and exteriors to prepare for post-operation procedures, including cleaning and reporting any defects.
- Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner to transport technical teams, equipment, and parts to various customer sites across Singapore for business activities.
- Monitor and ensure the safe and proper storage and handling of goods, tools, and materials within the vehicle.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Liaise promptly with the Company on any irregularities, issues, or breakdowns encountered during vehicle operation.
- Report the occurrence of any incidents and/or accidents immediately as guided by Company's operating procedures, including photographic evidence where applicable.

**Technical Support**:

- **On-site Assistance**:

- Provide essential on-site technical support to the service team during pump inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
- Assist technicians with the handling, dismantling, assembly, and testing of pumps and related equipment.
- Support the diagnosis of pump issues and contribute to troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Carry out basic preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Monitor the technical team's adherence to safety rules and procedures while on customer premises.
- **Feedback & Improvement**:

- Provide constructive feedback on gaps in service standards, operational inefficiencies, or technical challenges encountered to support continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record in Singapore.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in Singapore, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and a strong interest in technical work, ideally with some exposure to pumps or related industrial equipment.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Singapore's road network.
