Cybersecurity Engineer/ Lead

You will:

- Provide leadership and supervision relating to CyberSecurity Compliance and Governance of iShopChangi
- Lead the cybersecurity team to deliver strategic IT Cybersecurity (CS) initiatives.
- Develop and provide periodic security and governance review for User and Role Management, Infra Management, Risk Assessment and Data Management.
- Beresponsible for all external system integrations and related system operations due diligence, risk management and security reviews
- Be responsible for managing external stakeholders engagement in terms of security issues
- Ensure that security requirements in IT Audit, Standard, Policy, Compliance and Risk and System Controls are met
- Manage vulnerabilities identified from security assessments for timely remediation, mitigation or deviations.

You must have/be:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and process
- Experience in managing a team
- IT Security certifications in CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
- Hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of CyberSecurity measures and Governance.
- Experience in cyber security project management skills.
- Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications Architectures solutions
- Organized and able to multi-task on fast paced environment.
- Experience of supporting procurement of IT Architecture.
- Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS or Azure)
- In depth ITIL Knowledge
- Proactive Team Player
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability working within pressurized environments whilst making decisive decisions
- A good team player who takes initiative
- Strong in English oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce and Mirakl would be highly regarded and an added advantage
