The Operational Excellence SME is responsible for providing pertinent operational input to the full project cycle, from ideation to trial, to systemwide rollout. This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, technology integration, and process optimisation to ensure our restaurants operate at their optimal level. This position also involves leading and constructing new restaurant openings.

**Job Scope**
- Subject matter expert in all systems used in restaurants at GYG
- Implement and maintain all operational systems, ensuring high up time, reliability and data integrity
- Continuously review restaurant technology stack to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate process bottlenecks
- Works collaboratively and actively with the stakeholders involved to be a SME within all project initiatives.
- Schedules time in restaurants on a weekly basis. Visits are structured with a clear purpose and outcome.
- Lead the development and execution of long-term solutions for restaurant and kitchen automation
- Lead the technology implementation for all new restaurant openings, including infrastructure setup, system installations and digital integration
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of new restaurant technologies, including system integration, testing and deployment across GYG Singapore
- Accountable for the onboarding process of new vendors
- Negotiate contracts and oversee the implementation of third-party technology solutions
