Regional Relationship Manager

**Details of the Division and Team**:
The Regional Relationship Manager (Infrastructure function focus) will be responsible for managing and overseeing end to end hiring for all Infrastructure functions within the APAC region, while guiding stakeholder through policies and procedures, data driven insights of hiring trends, attrition, workforce plans and skills gaps etc.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee end to end hiring for Infrastructure functions within the APAC region (including but not limited to Compliance, AML, Risk, Finance, Technology, HR among others)
- Providing comprehensive and proactive advice to the respective business units and HR Business Partners regarding workforce planning and deriving internal and external recruitment strategies, taking into account the Bank's talent strategy and diversity objectives
- Responsibility for establishing and expanding relationships with relevant executive recruiting agencies
- Close cooperation with the various relevant HR teams within and outside Talent Sourcing and cross-divisional networking to support cross-divisional recruiting and development opportunities
- Actively network with Talent Sourcing teams on global/cross-divisional recruiting activities
- Contribute to global/regional projects and take on conceptual tasks for the Talent Sourcing area

**Your skills and experience**:

- 8+ years recruiting experience in Infrastructure roles.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management with key stakeholders in recruiting environment
- Prior experience providing recruitment activities in one or more APAC markets (Japan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China)
- Awareness of regulations impacting recruiting in the APAC region (e.g., resident labour market testing requirements, diversity requirements etc.)
- Experience in personnel selection/ aptitude diagnostics
- Awareness of the labor market and current successful/innovative recruiting channels
- Knowledge of executive compensation and legal frameworks
- Experience in project work in a global environment
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies
