**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client relationships with Ship Owners / Managers / Charterers, identifying opportunities for

new contacts.
- To analyse costs and prepare cost estimation based on enquiries
- To obtain commercial quotations from vendors for cost analysis
- To assist in quotations’ clarifications and negotiations with vendors
- Prepare credible quotations and estimates to clients
- Liaison within inter-departments on project requirements and operations
- Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Boarding of vessels to oversee repair works as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in business management or related disciplines, Diploma holders with

relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
- Strong commercial background in ship repair/marine related industry
- Strong experience in cost estimation and analysis for ship repair projects
- Familiar with bidding and tender protocols
- Pro-active, good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Possess high level of initiative and integrity
- Applicants who can converse, read and write in Japanese
- Willing to travel as required
