**Role Overview**:
As Manager, Corporate Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales acquisitions of corporate orders for our ergonomic solutions. With a clear path towards leadership, you are expected to leverage your experience and network to meet ambitious sales targets and lay the groundwork for a robust sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Perform leads generation, conduct client meetings, and close direct sales on a corporate level.
- Acquire and develop new relationships to expand our corporate client base, while leveraging an existing portfolio of contacts to generate recurring revenue.
- Be an ambassador of the brand, promoting ergonomic workplace solutions to corporate clients.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders with operationalization of sales strategies that aligns with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting, and market analysis to senior management.
- Support the Head, Corporate solutions with mentorship, project management, and ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation, cold calling, and relationship management skills.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
