**Job discription
- Develop outbound sales and marketing strategies (eg, through social media) to achieve revenue targets and to maximise utilisation of products
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Giving advices and planning for client (schools and companies), travel arrangement and management
- Provide reservation services by using web system
- Identify, analyse and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, idetify potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, business
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Motivated and detailed at work
- Team player
