- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market entry strategies and product positioning.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to guide research projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including commercial real estate professionals, to identify suitable locations for business expansion. Establish and maintain networks and contacts related to commercial real estate in Singapore to access the latest commercial property information.
- Assist in negotiations and acquisitions of commercial real estate, including lease terms and agreements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in market research, preferably within the food and beverage industry or commercial real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Singapore business landscape and commercial real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
