Singapore SEAFOOD CONNECTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales with new clients in the seafood industry including restaurants, hotels, catering services, and other food establishments
- Create sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
- Identify key sponsors, influencers, and the decision-makers at target companies and maintain strong relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities
- Handle end-to-end contract and pricing negotiation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and report to the management team
- Data management (Pricing, quotation); Analysis and study of historical data of purchase orders to establish the best plan and avoid stockouts.
- Coordinate between warehouse and logistic company on priorities and lead times for customers vs suppliers’ orders.
- Prepare purchase order and payment

**Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles & procurement roles within the seafood industry.
- Familiar with logistics process, importing goods into Singapore.
- Being able to speak an additional language is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B customers and achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the seafood industry, including market trends, key players, and distribution channels
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willing to travel in APAC to source for suppliers & travel within Singapore to hunt for sales.
