- Perform consultations with potential learners to understand their training needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with the existing pool of leads to nurture and potentially convert them as learners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the sales manager and other team members.
- Provide great learner experience and journey for participants.
