Singapore HPS PARTNERS PTE. LTD. Full time

Participate and/or manage Microsoft 365 setup, implementation, maintenance, upgrade, testing, go-live, operations, education, support, and resolution.
- Collaborate with various team and proactively support the procedure to plan, monitor and verification of activities.
- Translate business requirements, questions, problems related to Microsoft 365 into IT solutions.
- Manage the project documents, inventory & licenses requirement.
- Develop and implement standard processes, guidelines, procedures related to Microsoft 365 as well as to ensure compliance to internal and external controls/ security.
- Monitoring of Microsoft Admin Console health and recommend change if necessary.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by IT Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Information Technology with min. 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Products, AD security and admin monitoring
- Project implementation management, IT vendor management and 3 - 5 years experiences in support and implementing Microsoft 365 and related tools
- IT security mindset with a positive diligent attitude to resolve the underlying root cause is essential.
