**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role of the APAC Regional Certified Lead for DSC leads the strategic deployment of our Certified agenda across 13 countries in APAC. Setting direction, defining the respective strategies, this role will have regional accountabilities and responsibilities to support the CoE's strategic priorities and impact Talent Management, Talent Development in delivering all Learning and Development Programs (certified and non-certified) in order to support the business needs. The role ensures industry best practices, quality standards and cost budgets for the maximization of the Learning and Development value across DSC globally. The incumbent will be working collaboratively with the Global and virtual teams, external suppliers when required and CoE to define, develop and implement all related topics under the Talent and L&D agenda.
Stakeholder management, influencing and engagement with divisional, regional and clusters/countries stakeholders to define, develop and deploy regionally aligned Learning and Development programs, processes and best practices is critical to the role.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ensures the quality delivery of the Certified and Learning agenda
- Fully understands the challenges and needs of internal customers to provide the best solution available that is consistent with Global /APAC framework so all employees have the same experience
- Reinforces the Certified messages in order to align our people as well as motivate the Certified and L&D teams to deploy the learning agenda with quality standards, skill, professionalism, passion and enthusiasm
- Lead the strategic direction for deployment of Supervisory Academy for APAC Region to increase efficiency, productivity, engagement and culture change in the organization
- Engage with the identified country sponsors to ensure Supervisory Academy success
- Drive innovation & digitalization within the L&D agenda - Manage all stages of communication between Global Certified and in
- country Leads, as well as influencing Global decisions in line with the APAC needs and priorities
- Work closely with the Global team to develop Certified content
- Act as experienced accredited Insights coach and 360 feedback senior coach, acting as a SME to newly accredited members in the region
- Manage the MFC engagement and build facilitator pool across APAC and support the country certified teams with necessary support and/or resources
- Provides advice on functional curriculum and learning interventions for future of work and future skills
