As a **Commercial Trainer, South Asia **regional training team, your Mission is to support and develop the sales team in delivering the best client experience corresponding to our Commercial Training direction and contributing to the stores’ business goals across different channels.

**Your Role**
- Drive retail excellence KPIs (Mystery Shopping, NPS, etc.) through data dashboard analysis and in partnership with Store Managers to work on specific action plans to drive commercial strategy
- Plan and manage Client Advisor’s learning roadmap through identification and tracking of training modules and providing on-going feedback to Store Managers and Training Manager on the performance of individual Client Advisors.
- Actively drive corporate focus through sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition.
- Accountable for co-ordination of training events to be organized in class/in store or digital sessions deployed by the trainer or external consultants.
- Participate in the Train-The-Trainer sessions organized from corporate training department.

- Be a lover of Italian culture (a plus)
- Be an experienced coach, facilitator / trainer on the ground for a min of 5 years
