We are looking for an innovative Artability Trainer to join our Employability Services (ES) team. He/she is responsible for the planning and delivery of the Talent Art Programme, by enabling student apprentices who have high potential in visual arts make work possible through art. The post-holder will also play a key role in managing internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the platforms that promote the selling of the apprentices’ artworks.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing quality sessions and coaching to the programme’s apprentices through innovative teaching methods.
- Building collaborative relationships to ensure the success of our apprentices and their holistic development
- Supporting the graduating apprentices’ vocational transition plans

You:

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and design softwares
- Possess a strong understanding of the commercialization of art and the art industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders
- Prior experience working with persons with special needs will be advantageous.
