a) E-commerce and merchandising
- Provide administrative support for pricing, inventory, buying, merchandising, allocation, grouping, markdowns, credit control for confectionery and non-confectionery items or as per product category allocated
- Work closely with the Management to select and purchase new merchandise.
- Work on e-commerce merchandising and overall perspectives related to the online sales, merchandising, product description, allocations for online channels including but not limited to e-commerce portal, app, click and collect, scan and pay et al.
- Curate, develop, define and product lines for e-commerce platform for the brands allocated across categories with focus on Gifting, Hampers, Everyday items, packaging aligned with demographics of target consumer.
- To set monthly, quarterly sales targets and annual budgets for Sales and Gross margins with defined KPIs with the management to maximize online sales and monitor performance.
- Work with the online, marketing, merchandising and visual merchandising team to drive online strategies including visuals, graphics, marketing, social media strategies, promotions to build the brand and sales performance with defined KPIs.
- To create a unified Omni-channel customer experience across all possible touchpoints of customer journey.
- Work closely with the management to instill a world class in-house and third party logistics to execute last mile.
- Research and source for new products in line with retail concept.
- Negotiate for best cost and optimum lead times with suppliers.
- Coordinating necessary follow-up actions with suppliers on order confirmation, samples approval, shipments and actual receipts of all merchandise
- Monitor and manage the availability of stocks by ensuring that planned launch and replenishment dates are met.
- Ensure all statutory requirements of products are met with likes of HAS, SFA as applicable.
- Allocating and managing in-store and online stock levels to optimize distribution.
- Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers and promotions, etc.
- Review, monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels to support sales.
- Market visit to keep abreast with competition, latest trends in the market and review pricing strategies.
- Monitor various competitive and contemporary e-commerce platforms to keep abreast with latest product trends and online strategies.
- Regular store visits and meetings with front-end staff to touch on product training Visual Merchandising, gather products feedbacks and to better understand customer needs and wants
- Evaluate market and customer information together with historical data, to identify new products / business opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
- Create Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Transfer Orders
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate shipping schedules between suppliers and shipping department
- Attend trade shows and source for new brands and products, where applicable to your business function.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

b) Corporate Sales
- To build Scoop Wholefoods Corporate Sales business and set monthly, quarterly sales targets, annual budgets and define KPIs with the management.
- To define and develop an attractive product assortment including Festive Hampers, corporate gifts, as well as customization strategy of hampers.
- To anchor the Division’s growth by utilizing company’s Visual Merchandising, Brick and Mortar and Marketing resources.
- To work with merchandising team to forecast and budget the product purchases in line with corporate sales.
- To develop pricing and discount structure and define Gross Margin Targets to build the division in the long term along with short term sales strategies to build customer base.
- To prioritize customer service to meet corporate customers’ requirement.
- To build relationship with clients for long term partnership and consistency of orders.
- To set up the infrastructure with management and logistics team for a high performance

Delivery management.
- To propose manpower and human capital needs to build business once it has reached a certain threshold.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management
