Troubleshooting, Servicing, Overhauling repairing all hydraulic equipment.
- Remote Troubleshooting
- Project Management (Marine, Port, and Offshore crane installation and overhauling).
- Technical and practical knowledge in Control Systems/ Mechanical /Electrical / Hydraulics and Structures of various cranes. Independent attending on board and leading the service team as well.
- Troubleshooting and break down repairs.
- Leading in Installation/commissioning and de-commissioning. Offshore, Marine, and Port HarbourMobile Crane (LHM 120 to 500) and Lifting Equipment (“A” Frame, Stringer Structure, etc.).
- Bromma Container Spreader (twin/single) commissioning/Troubleshooting and PMS/regular servicing.
- Supervise and hands on taking part of Control PCBs/ Electrical / Mechanical /Hydraulic components(valves/pumps/motors/cylinders etc..)repairing/Calibration/Testing in shore workshop
- OEM and equivalent Spare Parts outsourcing (Worldwide) for cost-effectiveness and urgency.
- Knowledge and practice of various Marine and Offshore Class Societies’ requirements and standards.
- Conducting Maintenance and operation training to Port, Marine, and Offshore Personnel (concerned).
- Technical Staff leadership and Performance Enhancement.
- Teamwork, Planning, Coaching, Mentoring, and HSE Risk assessment Procedures.
- Work-site Environmental sustains /Safety and Cleanliness.
- Reporting to top management and customer for daily project progress and final report for job completion.
- Proficient with MS office.
- Provide detailed reports of the jobs/repairs carried out.
- Keep track of the stock inventory and place orders for necessary upon approval.
- Able to contribute to the development of the new hydraulic wing by providing field knowledge and backend work when necessary.
- Attend Vessels in Anchorage, dock, and Sail if necessary.
- Conduct Hydraulic training sessions for technicians and lead them into projects.
- Able to work with other specialists of the same or lower skill level and successfully complete projects.
- Fully Committed to the goals/plans of the company and will not engage with Freelance or other jobs during the period of employment with us.
