**What the role is**
- You will be a part of the team to drive the strategic and corporate planning process in JTC. In the course of your work, you will need to work closely with JTC’s senior management, as well as peers from various ministries and statutory boards, to achieve the above outcomes.

**What you will be working on**
- The team’s responsibilities include:

- conducting environmental scans to identify and analyse key emerging trends, and assess their impact on JTC's business operations;
- facilitating the setting of organisation strategies and priorities in response to changes in operating landscape;
- reviewing and monitoring the organisation’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets;
- driving and shaping initiatives across functional groups for alignment towards shared corporate goals;
- communicating organisation’s strategies and initiatives to staff through organising town hall events, organising of awards and other communication channels;
- curating and facilitating leadership at Board for effective governance and oversight;
- serving as the point of contact with Ministry of Trade & Industry for coordinated agency efforts within and across ministries.
