**POSITiON SUMMARY**

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist in Singapore. This role will support all aspects of Internal Payroll for Singapore and APAC.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute weekly/monthly payroll function for all internal employees, including, but not limited to, employee queries, audits, reporting, new entity projects.
- Coordinate for APAC payroll with MSPs/ ICPs and internal Finance Team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and changes to pay rates
- Prepare inputs for MSPs/ICPs payroll, review outputs, audit results, reasonability checks, adhere to payroll calendar with no miss deadlines
- Follow and implement SOX controls
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, entering data into databases and spreadsheets
- Ensure compliance with current tax requirements by working closely with MSPs/ICPs and other internal functions like Finance, People, Benefits, and Legal
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors
- Work collaboratively with People Services team to resolve employee inquiries on all payroll, expense reporting and vendor billing inquiries in a timely manner
- Identify process improvements with regional payroll processes and work toward streamlined, global solutions
- Responsible for coordinating, enhancing, and furthering our process documentation, ensuring uniformity across regions. Following delivery, you'll continue to monitor systems and processes, and keep documentation up to date
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by working with internal cross-functional teams.
- Connect and interact with the global internal payroll team and act as back up for other regions as needed
- Correct handling of PII information according to GDPR laws and internal policies

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore legislation
- Experience in processing complex payrolls with multiple sources and vendors
- Strong Excel skills and other software a plus (ADP Workforce)
- Strong controls mindset with attention to details
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Team player who can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Pro-active, detailed and able to deal with ambiguity
- Self-motivated and positive attitude who is looking to learn and help others learn
