**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to guests upon their arrival at the entrances handling their inquiries and responding to their needs.
- Manage the entrance and engaging/ interacting with the guests during the wait to enhance guest arrival and departure experience.
- Handles luggage for both arriving and departing guests and groups promptly and efficiently. This includes proper handling, tagging and delivering of luggage.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
- Conduct a room orientation to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Delivers incoming items to guestrooms such as guests message, parcel and mail promptly without delay.
- Answer Bell Desk telephone and handle guest enquiries as appropriate.
- To be familiar with check-in and check-out process.
- Consistent usage of HotSOS for all job task-related communications and other forms of communications for guest-related issues.
- Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the main driveway, front doors, bell desk and luggage store room.
**Talent Profile**:
- Posses at least a GCE 'O' Level education
- Previous experience in guest service industry as a bellman
- Exposure to multi-cultural environment
- Needs to carry luggage and parcels of up to 100lbs
- Able to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays
- Good customer service skills
**Salary**: From $1,400.00 per month
