Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled Bellhop

  • Greet guests upon arrival and offer assistance with luggage.
  • Direct guests to the reception counter for check-in.
Job Responsibilities

As a Bellhop, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling luggage, delivery messages, parcels, faxes, etc. for guests.
  • Monitoring the Front driveway at all times.
  • Opening vehicle doors for incoming and outgoing guests/patrons.
  • Accompanying guests to assigned rooms and explaining facilities.
  • Providing service and responding to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Maintaining equipment conditions, e.g., polishing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possess at least a GCE 'N' Level/Lower Secondary or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Be able to communicate in English to handle guests and in work.
  • Be able to communicate in Chinese (an advantage for handling guests from China).
  • Be able to lift heavy and large items, e.g., handle luggage for guests.
  • Be able to work on three rotating shifts jobs, 6 days a week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
