Hotel Team Member

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment at a boutique hotel group with four hotels in Singapore.
The hotels include Maxwell Reserve, Duxton Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon Club.
This position provides various benefits including discounts on food and beverages as well as room rates at over 7,000 hotels worldwide.
Additionally, you will have access to the Global Learning + Development tool for personalized learning experiences and receive a staycation package including meals and beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Enter the status of rooms cleaned.
- Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
- Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly cleaned and prepared.
- Be punctual and wear proper uniform when scheduled.
You will also be responsible for any additional duties or tasks as requested by management.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates should possess skills such as coaching, front office, Microsoft Office, quality assurance, literacy, housekeeping, inventory management, VIP service, property maintenance, counseling, sanitation, pressure handling, scheduling, turnover reduction, and hospitality.
