We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Executive to deliver outstanding guest experiences. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless arrival and departure processes while providing warm and attentive service throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field, with a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

  • Deliver a welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
  • Personalize guest arrivals through lobby hosting and in-room registration as required.
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with room allocation, special requests and ensure guest preferences are honored.
  • Coordinate with Bell, Butler and Housekeeping teams to ensure rooms are well prepared and guest services are delivered timely.
  • Monitor room inventory and manage walk-in and overbookings in line with hotel policies.
  • Perform accurate billing and payment transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Support the Front Office leadership team in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized and reflective of the hotel's brand standards.
