**ASSISTANT ENGINEER (BIM)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
- Prepares and update REVIT model (Coordination Drawing)
- Prepare 2D & 3D shop drawing and as-built
- Create REVIT families with parameters as per project specific
- Prepare and update the drawing registry
- Create and update BIM models based on contract drawings and latest information
- Ensure integrity/quality of the model and drawing
- Identify issues for Engineers where discrepancies occur during design stage
- Assist the project and other departments on drawing documentation
- Attend to site for the coordination meeting for drawing
- Had opportunity to involved in System Design and Configuration

**Requirements**:

- Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCad/Revit & Microstation (2D & 3D)
- At least 1 years experience in working as architectural draftsperson

**TECHNICIAN (MAINTENANCE)**

Involve in maintenance of SCADA Systems, Integrated Security Systems and Power Systems including system design and coordination works.
- ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant
- 2 years relevant working experience with security system, such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fence Instruction system will be preferred
- Strong execution and troubleshooting skills at remote site work
- Assist Engineer in charge to supervise site works
- Good knowledge in computer, network, communication protocol or electrical system
- Willing to work under pressure of tight deadlines when required
- Willing to do standby duty
- Possess own bike will be an advantage

**PROJECT ENGINEER**

Job Descriptions:

- Involve in Security project management, implementation and maintenance services of RTU, CCTV, PA system and card access device including system design, programming and coordination works.
- Liaise with clients, vendors and site operation technical support and supervision, subcontractor & internal support to co-ordination on technical issue and provide solution.
- Prepare project schedules, procurement and implementation of project and budget costing control.
- Provide after project support.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Must have at least 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Strong execution and troubleshooting skills at remote site work
- Working experience of system preventive and corrective maintenance services
- Good knowledge in computer, network, communication protocol, or security equipment is advantage
- own transportation (car/motorbike) - an advantage
