**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities for **IT **Engineer**
- Interface with internal customers, participate in design session meetings, offer technical solutions, and serve as the MES IT primary contact for multiple RA plants, provide guidance and recommendations for system configuration.
- Analyze and debug reported system issues. Develop defect fixes as well and new system enhancements.
- Create and maintain monitoring solutions for various IT systems, review and analyze system logs.
- Provide support to our internal customers including periodic on-call responsibilities.
- Work with stakeholders including the Digital Manufacturing team, Manufacturing Engineers, Data and Design teams to assist with data-analytics requests.
- Collaborate with control engineers and global process owners on designing and implementing integrations between IT MES system and various manufacturing equipment.
- Create custom reports to satisfy end user requirements.
- Assist with updating technical knowledge base documents and user guide documents.

**Qualifications for **IT** Engineer**
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing environment and basic manufacturing processes.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment utilizing agile methodology.
- Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
- Experience in Manufacturing environment.
- Experience with relational SQL databases, including MS SQL and Oracle.
- Knowledge of any of the following programing languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell
- Understanding of code management tools, for example Gitlab.
- Experience in agile tools, for example Jira
