We are seeking a talented Information Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Information Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and implementing information systems that support organization's business objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse current systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
- Design and develop new systems or modify existing ones to meet evolving business needs.
- Plan and execute system implementations, including data migration, configuration, and testing.
- Conduct thorough system testing to identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure system quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting system issues and answering questions.
- Develop and conduct user training programs to enhance system adoption and usage.
- Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation to facilitate system understanding.
- Manage small to medium-sized IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components, such as servers, networks, and databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize system downtime.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access.Create detailed system flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Available to attend system issues beyond call of duty hours including during odd hours and weekends.
