With the rapid expansion of OUE Restaurants’ portfolio of fine dining and mass-market brands in Singapore, we are on the lookout for individuals who are excited about hospitality and lifestyle, and champion sustainable concepts.

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who will manage our full cycle of payroll processing. In this role, your responsibilities will include reviewing employee working hours information, processing employee payments and maintaining accurate payroll records. An important part of your role is that you should be able to investigate and resolve payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountability for the end-to-end payroll process for all entities.
- Review, verify and reconcile hours worked, pay adjustment, and other pay-related information, and post information onto designated records.
- Review payrolls register from the payroll system for accuracy.
- Responsible for statutory payment submission (CPF, IR8A, IR21 etc).
- Submission of Government Paid Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare etc.)
- Resolve and investigate any payroll discrepancies.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll audit matters to ensure successful audits.
- Coordinate and correspond with HR business partners to retrieve payroll data.
- Provide advice and support on payroll-related queries to HRBP.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum diploma in Human resources, Business, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience preferably in the F&B, Retail industry or FMCG.
- Proficiency in payroll software InfoTech is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent people skills, meticulousness, and a high numerical aptitude.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the local labour law and related statutory legislations
- Able to start working immediately is a plus
