**Introduction**

**Your Job**
- ESD device design rule and high current model release for 180~28nm CMOS/BCD technology
- HV (12~85V, 100/200V) ESD device development and characterization in 180~28nm CMOS/BCD technology
- ESD device compact modeling
- ESD reference guide creation
- Customer support for ESD inquiries
- ESD device TCAD simulation

**Required Qualifications**:

- PhD in Electronic Engineering, Master/Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering
- Good Team player
- Working in Singapore

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Python
- C++
- VLSI study and intern experience
