Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in analyzing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.
- Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing documentation.

Job Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
- Ability to analyze data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.
