This includes stowage coordination, husbandry functions like crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, other vessels’ requirements, and general operations such as arranging for clearance and delivery of ship spares, ensuring timely bunker replenishment, coordinating and finalising vessel’s schedule with the Terminal. The key objective of the Operations Department is to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operations process when vessels call Singapore.**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities would be the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule & Berth Arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service, ship stores, vessel repair and any other vessels’ requirements. Your key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the husbandry functions such as vessel schedule and Berth Arrangement, crew change, immigration clearance, cash advances, arrangement of freshwater analysis, waste disposal service, ship store arrangement, vessel repair and any other vessels’ requirements.
- Providing vessels with Port Entry Instruction
- Arranging Immigration Clearance for vessels arriving and departing Singapore via the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) Crew System
- Arranging vessel requirements such as Medical for Crew, Fresh Water, Cash Advance, and any other requirements
- Arranging for crew change (Sign On / Sign Off)
- Declaration of vessels for both Arrival and Departure to Port Authority
- Coordinating bunker supply schedule with barge operators

**Job Requirement**
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain;
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Portnet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks that are more critical
- Ability to work under stress and tight timelines
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
