Logistics Specialist

**Job Descriptions**:

- Key Logistics Activities_
- Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain; ensures delivery of the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price.
- Managing day-to-day physical distribution, movement and storage of finished goods, supplies and spare parts in the Regional Logistics Center.
- Operation Responsibility_
- Responsible for overall day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations
- Good management and control of inventory movement and optimize warehouse storage space
- Review and implement warehouse operating procedures to ensure operations performance meets KPI and financial objectives
- Provide logístical support to monitor both incoming and outgoing shipment.
- Manage RLC capacity, productivity, and cost saving projects as assigned.
- Publish various management reports and KPIs’ for the logistics function
- Continuous Improvement_
- Understand the end-to-end Supply chain processes and proactively identify gaps and develop solutions resolving the gaps with quantified deliverables
- Assessing Automation solutions use in the industry and propose the right solutions.
- Lead / involves 6 Sigma, 5S program, Kaizen Projects and Just-Do-It activities.
- Lead and or support logistics projects requiring coordination with other cross functional team and third parties
- Performance Management (including 3rd Party Logistics)_
- Responsible for Key performance indicators management including leading 3rd Logistics Vendor management to meet contract specified deliverables, performance or business objective.
- Compliance Management_
- Ensure compliance in Environment, Health and Safety requirements
- Ensure the systems and procedures in the warehouse operation are in compliance with existing ISO & QSR Standards including FDA, GDP, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/RDC operations, vendors management and finishing goods
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in SAP system is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in logístical storage and shipping of Reagents, biological, and Dangerous Goods products is a plus
- Logistics/Supply Chain consulting, digitalization solution design and implementation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
