**Responsibilities**:

- Total event management, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, programme development, marketing, digital marketing, communications, public relations, logistics, stakeholder relations, etc.
- Responsible for the management and execution of major events, such as Singapore Yachting Festival and Blue Water EduFest
- Manage and negotiate partnerships and sponsorships to maximise event profitability
- Manage exhibitor sales and ticket sales
- Manage and oversee event execution, including event logistics, booth layout, visitor experience and staffing
- Act as main point-of-contact for event stakeholders
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including targeted campaigns, promotional activities and engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement promotion and sales strategies to ensure optimum event exposure and attendance
- Strategise partnerships with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, agencies, tourism boards, industry leaders and organisations
- Evaluate post-event reports to measure ROI and optimise strategies using data analytics

**Requirements**:

- Should possess a Degree in related fields
- At least 5 years of total event management experience
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience including paid campaign setup on Google and Meta from scratch and SEO, SEM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, complemented by good presentation abilities
- Demonstrate strategic creativity paired with analytical acumen
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Exhibits a proactive stance, driven by self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach
