This Agency Lead role will be to lead the agency operations for a young integrated media agency in Singapore and Dubai, servicing clients around the APAC and GCC regions. Kingscom has a vision to become **the **‘go-to’ integrated media agency for all clients marketing requirements from media strategy, planning, buying to creative ad, video and website design. Kingscom Worldwide Pte Ltd. is a young fully integrated agency with ambitious growth plans. We have been operating for just under two years and have secured an array of clients, including FTSE 500 clients. Our services are mainly split under two areas, creative services and paid media services. Kingscom is, supported by a large organisation and investment and you will play an integral role in driving the growth of the agency and managing a small agency team. We are looking for someone to take over the Agency Lead role. This role is heading up the Agency in terms of its immediate operations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a range of skills including:
- **Agency Revenue Management **- Managing the revenue generation in the agency, managing payment of invoices, The P&L and tracking growth
- **Business Development **- Has a huge focus on growth of the agency, bringing in new leads to the business, managing the success of pitches and manging the sales team to drive new clients into the business
- **Pitching - **Has experience successfully pitching for new business across a wide variety of sectors. Can structure the pitch, manage team members and lead the presentation in a confident manner
- **Client Management **- Has a natural flair for relationship management among clients, building trust and rapport. Can also troubleshoot any issues in a calm and successful manner
- **Operations Management - **Is able to liaise with the building management, bank and payroll teams to make sure the operations of the agency / office is handled
- **Leadership - **Able to inspire and lead the agency team, often when they are working remotely, in a confident and successful manner. Leads with confidence so that the team feel supported and know where to go for advice
- **Media Experience **- Understands how to put together and read a media plan, including having knowledge on the different media channels. Can support the performance team on checking plans and providing advice
- **Creative Experience **- Understands how the creative design process works for social media ads, video production and website design and development. Can manage timelines so projects stay on track and can provide opinion on the quality of work produced Vs. the client’s brief
- **People Management **- Hiring, People Development and Management, Training

**Skills / Qualifications Requirements**:
- Experience managing a team successfully, driving people development and retention
- Experience in delivery successful pitches to win new business
- Highly organised in managing the broad amount of ‘hats’ you need to wear for this role
- Agency / Media / Creative Market knowledge (Across B2B & B2C)
- 5-8 years experience in this area of advertising
- Undergraduate Degree in business administration or a related field
- Excited by growing a business from the ground up and up for the challenge
