**About the Role:
As the Human Resources Manager for LVMH Watch & Jewelry in Southeast Asia, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and success for our prestigious maisons, including FRED, Chaumet, TAG Heuer and Zenith. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director - Southeast Asia & Australia, this is a unique opportunity to lead the HR function and serve as a strategic business partner to our leaders.
You will oversee the dynamic Southeast Asian region, encompassing Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, with the added responsibility of supporting the rapidly expanding market in Korea. This regional scope provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and to be at the forefront of shaping our HR strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent and building a culture that empowers excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
**Business Partnering**:
Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Provide strategic HR guidance to drive business growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.
**Team Management**:
Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, overseeing HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring the team is aligned with the organization's goals.
**Talent Acquisition**:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce, and driving excellence in hiring practices.
**Employee Engagement**:
Create and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and enhance the overall employee experience.
**Performance Management**:
Drive the performance management process, supporting managers in setting clear expectations, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
**HR Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, minimizing legal risks and promoting a fair and ethical work environment.
**Change Management**:
Play a key role in managing change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and employee buy-in during organizational changes.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational or luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian labor laws and regulations, with a keen awareness of specific regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including across different cultures.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of developing and motivating HR professionals.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, demonstrated through a history of aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives, contributing to organizational success. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
