
Admin & Accounts Assistant

Job Scope:
Provide daily administrative and operations support which includes the following:
- Manage accounting entries using Xero. Verify daily transactions & supplier invoices. Monitor cash flow & generate monthly sales & aging reports.
- Manage inventory forecast and reorders. Prepare Purchase Order, coordinate with suppliers/forwarder for invoices & incoming stocks.
- Monitor and manage dealers/partners accounts, invoice, payout & coordinate inventory fulfillment.
- Any ad hoc tasks include stocktake and day to day admin supportive role.
- Preferred 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Xero accounting system
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Resourceful, good prioritizing & problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently.
Requirements : Must be able to work in Singapore
- Able to start immediately
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm, 5.5days per week.
