We are actively searching for additional brands that are a strong fit with our portfolio and vision with a goal of $200+ million in USD Sales through organic growth and acquisition within the next 3-4 years.

**About Coco & Eve**

Coco & Eve was founded in 2018, capturing the spirit of Bali with clean, vegan beauty products, sprinkling its magic across all of our innovative formulas. With 22 beauty awards and operating in 38 countries across retail, Amazon & our direct channel, we are set to continue our rapid growth. From haircare, suncare and skincare, we combine clinically proven actives with tropical goodness and a sustainable beauty focus.

In 2023, we have a product launch pipeline with 20 product launches across 8 key moments plus we are launching the brand instore with top global retailers. It will be the biggest year for Coco & Eve in the brand's history.

**Requirements**:
The Social Marketing & Content Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand heat, viral awareness and first to market trends for the business with the objective to engage and convert customers for Coco & Eve. The role will be responsible for delivering a 360 social marketing & content strategy to animate strong and original brand campaigns and / or product launches anchored in data to help drive profitable brand growth. You will live and breathe all things beauty and social marketing obsessing over all trends; have a strong eye for detail when shooting and editing content; and adopt limitless creativity in your strategic ideation

**SOCIAL PLANING & EXECTION**:

- Lead the execution of the the approved social marketing & content strategy to expand reach and engagement across all brand platforms, focusing on brand storytelling, results focused content & impactful content creation that delivers results
- Spearhead the creative ideation of the TikTok content strategy to elevate brand buzz & virality, driving high impact content & views
- Oversee the creative ideation and implementation of the brand’s content calendars & shoot schedule, delivering fun, original and KPI focused content with high engagement
- Manage and achieve the execution of the brand’s KPI’s for each social channel platform, delivering increased brand growth, reach and engagements
- Strategically identify and execute new content angles, social trends, content creators and brand collaborations that will drive positive growth for the brand’s own channels
- Management of social marketing budget spend, maximising investment to deliver content with strong ROI to achieve business goals

**REPORTING & ANALYTICS**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to define ROI is a must have
- Oversee the organization and execution of weekly & monthly campaign reporting
- Work with line manager to deep dive and present quarterly and annual brand reports, analysing brand performance metrics, spend and ROI
- Experience using Dash Hudson, or other social marketing reporting tools advantageous
- Analyse brand competitor data & content ideas and/or angles to define content strategy

**TEAM MANAGEMENT**:

- Management of x1 direct report based in Singapore and x1 co-shared line report based in the USA
- Oversee the execution of the team’s individual and shared KPIs
- Management of team’s responsibilities and content execution across brand categories
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including the Influencer Marketing, Design, Paid Media & E-com teams

**REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing preferred
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record in campaign management, content creation and driving channel growth
- Experienced in managing culturally diverse, regionally distributed team
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok), influencer trends and beauty market a must
- Creative thinker and good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign planning and execution
- Experience working in beauty, FMCG or social marketing for retailer preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills, both on and off camera; cross-collaboration with key stakeholders; third party talent & creative partners
