**Twitter is seeking an Operator II based in Singapore for its Regional Operations Centre (ROC) JAPAC, the 24/7 central hub for the Corporate Security (CorpSec) team activity in the region. The ROC’s day-to-day operational requirements include physical security, regional travel safety, and geopolitical alert monitoring and response. The team consists of Operators whose responsibilities are shaped along a two-tier scale. An Operator II is responsible for geopolitical monitoring, response and deliverables, and also provides support to the ROC’s travel safety and physical security program. The position is ideal for an entry-level incident response analyst who is keen to broaden their exposure and gain more operational experience in the field of corporate security. The role requires regular interactions with other members of the CorpSec team in the region, as well as Tweeps. The Operator II must be a good multitasker, willing to support the work of other team members, and have a good knowledge of the JAPAC region.**

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Proactive monitoring of alerts from subscribed vendors and tools and triage relevant regional geopolitical alerts from multiple sources.
- Perform immediate impact and threat assessments of alerts and respond accordingly based on the relevant SOP.
- Manage open tickets on geopolitical issues in the region that require close monitoring.
- Deliver ad hoc written tasks and/or other deliverables on regional developments in a timely manner as assigned by management.
- Manage daily travel reports and other internal travel processes.
- Coordinate to ensure secure transport is provided to travelers where required and escalate travel support issues to management.
- Act as single point of contact for travel and security related issues in JAPAC.
- Support the development of geopolitical and travel metrics, as well as work with other team members in the drafting of the monthly security reports.
- Support the physical security aspects of the ROC’s work, including alarm response, video surveillance system monitoring, access control checks and badging.
- Provide ad hoc incident response to include loss of IT assets, law enforcement visits, Dawn Raid, medical emergencies at the offices, and other types of incidents that require CorpSec’s support.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- An incident response analyst with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to broaden their exposure and gain operational inhouse experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Possess a good knowledge and understanding of the JAPAC region, particularly around geopolitical issues, crime, terrorism, civil unrest, and natural disasters.
- Demonstrate initiative and foresight to highlight regional developments that could be of interest or potentially impactful from the company’s perspective.
- Capable of independently delivering good written reports and other deliverables based on instructions given.
- Has a keen eye for details.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates willingness to learn and take on day-to-day physical security responsibilities and other aspects of security operations work.
