Summary
Perform Direct Fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure on-time shipments of a quality product. Work efficiently to maximize output.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Manually assemble systems using torque drivers and hardware to a predetermined volume.
  • Functionally test completed systems according to work processes.
  • Pull necessary materials from flow racks and bin locations.
  • Perform back flush operations on computer systems.
  • Conduct physical inventory in designated areas.
  • Maintain 5S orderliness and cleanliness at all times.
  • Participate in New Product Development.
  • Review all assembly documentation including assembly prints, routing notes, and BOMs.
  • Assemble first run of product and modify or correct assembly documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering for production build releases.
  • Identify required tools and develop training methods.
  • Engage in Process Development and ensure documentation accuracy with Group Leaders.
  • Create ECRs for process improvements or corrections and track them.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
  • Follow all safety, health, and security procedures as directed by supervisors.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of related experience and/or training. Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
