**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end project management for medical device design and development projects, from concept to commercialization, including transfer to production.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, regulatory experts, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage client communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project scope.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven success in managing medical device design and development projects.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be living in Singapore
