We are working exclusively with our client and we are looking for an exceptional HR leader who will lead the entire Group’s HR function managing a company team size of not more than 300.
The Challenges
Work with the Board and the HR and Remuneration Committee, as well as the CFO and leadership team to develop and implement HR & Admin strategies, policies and plans that will meet short-term and long-term objectives and goals of all Business Units and Corporate Functions under the Group.
Update the Board and Management on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, innovations and new technologies.
Work with Business Units and Functional Heads on manpower planning, headcount management and
budgeting, with alignment to the Group strategies and business priorities.
Develop and manage the Group’s manpower budget and ensure all HR programs and initiatives are
delivered in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Conduct regular reviews of the Group’s C&B policies and practices and make recommendations to improve/update such C&B policies so as to attract and retain people.
Support the Business Units in the administration of C&B policies and practices, including payroll, bonus
and welfare programs.
Play the role of a strategic business partner to leaders within the organization and drive programs and initiatives focused on creating value for the organization.
Drive a culture of learning and feedback across the organization by working with and through multiple stakeholders to run thorough diagnostics to learn where gaps surface and how best an organization can address these gaps through learning, mentoring and developmental interventions.
Provide advice to business leaders on coaching, mentoring and day-to-day operations on people matters.
Identify new means and avenues to adopt technology to increase operational efficiency within the HR operations and delivery teams.
What It Takes
A seasoned HR Business Partner with a minimum of 10 years of experience across generalist roles with the ability to run effective diagnostics and work with and through teams to champion relevant solutions for the business.
Intense business HR experience with a technical grasp of the Talent, Learning and Organizational Development function and has successfully championed initiatives around Leadership Development, Career Journeys, Succession Planning and Hi
- Potential Identification.
